Mathcamp: Eligibility

Eligibility to be a JC

Status: Applications have closed for 2024. Stay tuned for next year.

First, all applicants must be Mathcamp alumni. (No exceptions, sorry!)

By the first day of camp (June 25, 2024), you must:

be at least 18 years old,
no longer be eligible to be a camper, and
have been a high school graduate, or a college/university student (including Quebec's CEGEP II program), for at least one year.

One may serve at most four (4) summers as a JC. On the first day of camp, applicants may not have been a university graduate for more than one year.

Finally, all applicants should be available for pre-camp planning (by email) in May and June and to be working fulltime during camp at University of Puget Sound.
